Important Instructions and Guidelines for Students attending ONLINE class
Download 'Zoom Cloud Meeting' for Windows/Android/Mac by visiting the webpage https://zoom.us/download and Install it.
Open 'Zoom' & click -> 'Join Meeting'
Enter the Zoom ID and Password.
Click 'Join'.
Student should be ONLINE atleast 5 Minutes before their actual class timings.
You will be in the 'WAITING ROOM' until your actual class time starts, Wait patiently.
Once its Time, You will be permitted to join the Class. As per Govt. guidelines, all ONLINE classes will be recorded and observed.
Attend class from a 'Noise Free' environment so as NOT to cause inconvenience to other students.
Student must be in Formal dress code while attending classes.
Students are advised to be ready with their Piano arrangement/setup well in advance so as to avoid setup time during class hours.
Room should be bright enough to expose the face of the student clearly and the Instrument must be visible, Video shouldn't be turned off during the entire class timing.
Parents and Other kids are advised to maintain a distance from the Student attending the class, so as not to distract their concentration. Parents are strictly advised not to intervene or communicate during class timings or provide eatables/drinks.
Make sure to have a strong and reliable Internet connection.
Any Leave or permissions must be properly communicated to the academy by the Parent in advance, atleast 24 hours earlier.
Alternate class won't be conducted for absentees except in the case of medical emergencies.
For Medical leave / emergencies, Alternate class will be conducted only after the submission of Leave letter along with a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner or any other relevant supporting document.
For enhanced security, Online login ID and Password will be changed monthly from now on. Online Login ID and Password will be sent only after paying the fees. Partial payments also won't be entertained.
All queries related to ID/Password/Payments must be communicated to the 'Accounts department' only thru the e-mail jubalschoolofmusic@gmail.com. Any queries regarding ID/Password to the teacher WON'T be entertained under any circumstances.
